These Terms apply to the mobile applications published by 6AppStudio and its publishing labels, not to this website. Where an individual app ships its own terms, those take precedence for the app in question.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of any mobile application ("the App") published by 6AppStudio or one of its publishing labels, such as Splat. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy parts of the App
• Use the App to record or analyze sound in ways that invade the privacy of others
• Interfere with the operation or performance of the App
• Share or resell any sound content from the App unless permitted

2. Account & Access (if applicable)

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g. unlocking premium features, removing ads). All purchases are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. You agree to their respective billing terms.

We do not offer refunds outside the app store's refund policy.

4. Advertisements

The App may display ads served by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. You acknowledge and accept that such ads are part of the App experience unless you choose to upgrade to an ad-free version (if offered).

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including sounds, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of 6AppStudio, its publishing labels, or its content providers. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree that we may collect and process data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm to us or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
